Opening times

Please visit during one of the times below:

  • Monday: 10am – 1pm
  • Tuesday: 10am – 5pm
  • Wednesday: Closed during the day, open 4pm – 7pm only
  • Thursday: 12pm – 2pm
  • Friday: Closed

If you’re struggling to attend during these times, please contact us before travelling.

When to visit

If you’ve received a message saying your clothes are ready, please try to visit within one week if you can. If you can’t come within a week, please let us know, so we know you’re coming.
If you’re no longer able to collect, that’s okay; just let us know so we can help another family.

What to bring

  • Your reference number (from the message we sent you)
  • A bag for your clothes, if you’re able to bring one

If you forget something, don’t worry, just let a volunteer know when you arrive.

What to expect when you arrive

  • You’ll be welcomed by a volunteer
  • You’ll be able to choose clothes yourself, in a calm and respectful space
  • There’s no rush, take your time
  • Our team is happy to help if you have questions or need support
  • We rely on donations, we might not have everything you’ve requested, but if we’ve texted you we have something for you.

We aim to make everyone feel comfortable and treated with dignity.

Clothing Coventry operates as a collection-only service. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver items, so all support is provided on the basis that collections are made from our warehouse. This allows you to choose the clothes you want and not be reliant on strangers to choose and pack for you.
